It’s a well known fact that exercise is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. Besides helping us to stay at our ideal weight, it also strengthens cardiovascular health, improves bone strength, increases flexibility, and keeps our muscles active and efficient; it even helps provide oxygen to our brain!
Caregiving is a singular situation that might result in feelings of loneliness or isolation, and in turn, guilt for experiencing those negative feelings. Caretakers shouldn’t have to deal with these feelings alone; instead, we encourage our Caretaker community to reach out to people that can empathize with the challenges of caretaking.
