After volunteering at a convalescent home as a pre-teen, Carlie’s love for the senior population was realized and guided her choices there after.
She received her degree in Family Development and Aging at the University of Idaho and joined the Summerset team in the summer of 2016. As a Move-In coordinator for Summerset Rancho Cordova, Carlie makes sure that residents and their families are completely prepared prior to and on move-in day. After move-in day, she serves as the resident and family member’s liaison to ensure that they are adjusting fine to their new home. She takes joy in helping her residents and family members and encourages them to seek her out for any questions they have along the way. In her free time, Carlie likes to stay active, listen to the TED radio hour, wake board, and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
