In recognition of Nurses Week, Summerset Senior Living embarked on a special initiative to honor our nursing heroes. Led by our Activity Program Directors and supported by our Residents, we embarked on a heartwarming project to create personalized “thank you” cards for the nurses who have graced our community with their care and kindness.

The collaboration between our Activity Program Directors and residents was nothing short of inspiring. Together, they poured their appreciation and gratitude into each card, crafting messages that reflected the profound impact our nurses have had on their lives. From heartfelt words of thanks to warm wishes for continued success, every card was a testament to the deep bonds forged between our residents and the nursing staff.

But our tribute didn’t end there. To complete the circle of gratitude, our dedicated Marketing Teams took these heartfelt tokens of appreciation and personally delivered them to hospitals and skilled nursing facilities where many of our nurses work. It was a touching moment as our teams had the opportunity to express our community’s immense gratitude directly to the nursing teams who work tirelessly to care for our residents.
