Megan Gallagher brings over a decade of experience in senior living and a passion for building meaningful relationships with residents. She finds purpose in making a difference in their daily lives and values the connections that grow through shared stories, trust, and care.

She loves being part of the Summerset team and appreciates the strong sense of community and collaboration. For Megan, it’s the people—residents and staff alike—that make Summerset feel like home.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, their son Gregory, and her three stepdaughters, Lilianna, Michelle, and Agnelina. A former high school and college basketball player, she still carries that team spirit with her every day.
