Terri Henry has dedicated 16 years to the senior living industry, with 13 of those years spent as an Executive Director in Oregon. She has a deep passion for her work, saying, “I love hearing them laugh and seeing them smile.” Having been with Summerset for three months, Terri has already found a connection with the community, noting that the residents and staff are great. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, which brings her joy and fulfillment.
